Diane Faulds is the owner and founder of Faulds Bookkeeping & Tax Services.  Her focus is on providing tax preparation and planning sevices and bookkeeping support to individuals, small corporations, LLC's, partnerships, and trusts.

Diane earned her Bachelors of Association, Business Administration in Accounting in 1989 and has been an Enrolled Agent since 1993. She has served as a member of the board of directors of several non-profit organizations and is a member of the California Society of Tax Consultants and the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Diane's purpose is to assist her clients to achieve their financial goals and dreams.  She understands that building a successful business and dealing with life’s daily challenges can be overwhelming.  She has the tools and dedicated staff to support you to not only survive, but also grow and maximize your personal or business results. Diane's commitment to continuing education enables her to help you pay the lowest taxes legally required and to receive the maximum refund to which you are entitled to.  She works closely with a number of CPA’s that she can consult with.  In addition, Diane receives continuing education each year to stay abreast of any changes in the tax law. Also, in the unlikely event you are contacted by the IRS or any entity about your personal or business reporting, for whatever reason, she is available 12 months of the year to assist and represent you.
